Sustainability is such a huge part of our values both personally and as a company, this is why we are happy to service clients like groundWork and Lumec, who have done such amazing work in this sector. This report is a cost-benefit analysis of the composting pilot project that was run with the Early Morning Market and Bangladesh Markets. The food waste from these markets was diverted to a composting site where it was converted into fresh compost. The model was then analysed and the benefits reported on in this document. The report is an important part of the process of convincing the local Municipality to adopt these practices to improve the way in which the city handles food waste and other waste streams that hold value.
